When you assess a role

Word, PDF and text files are read on your device. When you request an assessment, the description, selected reference tasks and role context are sent to our server and the external Classification Engine. Remove names, contact details and confidential material first. We do not save the description or uploaded file in our database. Your results remain in this browser tab, and can be used to share feedback for up to two hours.

When you share feedback

Feedback is kept for up to 365 days, unless you remove it sooner. Expired feedback is cleared by the daily cleanup. We keep limited usage counts and temporary, protected network identifiers to prevent abuse. We do not use them to identify you.

We keep your task responses, suggested alternatives, optional notes, seniority, country, industry and connection to the work. We also keep the original recommendation, assessment version and date so we can compare responses fairly. The job description and uploaded document are not included in this collection. We do not ask for your name, email or company name.

Sharing is optional. Do not put identifying details in feedback notes. Your removal receipt lets you delete feedback held by this service. Copies you download stay under your control. Removed feedback may remain in database backups until those backups expire under the hosting provider’s retention policy.

How feedback will be used

Responses help noēmetric evaluate recommendations and differences between work settings. They are participant opinions, not verified facts. We review findings before changing an assessment method.

About the results

Reference tasks describe US occupations and may not cover every responsibility in your role. AI automation likelihood is a model estimate of main-task execution potential with current AI, not a measured saving, adoption forecast or prediction about employment. Source dates are shown for each task.
